About Intelligence Required

Preface

All members must read and agree to this Guild Charter.

Mission Statement

We are, by all accounts, a group of organized zergers and we suffer from an acute case of Blue Bar and Red Bar OCD. We do not fear mistakes, we simply learn from them. We do not fear death, as we will soon be resurrected. After all, this is just a game.

We want to be at our best, but keep grounded to the idea that no one knows everything. We teach, we learn, and we have fun. To us, the only thing more glorious than slaying a dragon is doing so within a company of friends.

What is expected?

  • All members are expected to have a guild first mentality. Strengthening the guild should be just as important as strengthening your characters.
  • All members should have a desire to get better. We are a casual guild, but members are still expected to always want to improve.
  • We are a social guild. All members of our guild are here just as much for the social aspect of it as we are for the gaming. You are welcome to solo or PUG any quest or raid, but guild cohesiveness is a priority.
  • Be active in TeamSpeak, Guild Chat, and the Guild Forums. There is a lot of information available to you. Don’t miss out on it!
  • Always be willing to teach others, both inside and outside of the guild, and also be willing to learn. Even if you think you know a quest or technique inside and out, you may still learn something by listening to others.

Behavior

  • This is just a game, don’t take it too seriously.
  • Excessive whining, complaining, or drama will not be tolerated.
  • Elitest and know-it-all attitudes will not be tolerated.
  • Remember that you represent the guild in everything that you do. Be respectful, and don’t give the guild a bad name.

End Game Content

  • While Intel Rq'd is a fully capable Raid/Epic Elite content guild, character building and social interaction remain as our primary focus.
  • Even though there will occasionally be scheduled guild events for EE Raids, item farming, or chain runs, all members are encouraged to join pick up groups, and are welcome to form their own groups for end game content.

Bound Loot

  • Your loot is your loot. If it drops to you and you need it, keep it. If you don’t need it, it goes up for roll.
  • You can roll on as many items as you want, as long as they are items that you will use.
  • Use a guild first mentality when rolling on items. Take into consideration whether or not someone else could use it more often, more efficiently, or more readily than you could.
  • Randomly generated Loot, and unbound named loot are free to do with as you please.
